A lunch!!

Spending time with your cousins could be so much fun!! Its so much easy for people to bond over food when they could never bond over other issues, especially when brothers and sisters are in question!! :)
Today, me and my cousins had a nice little lunch at our place!!

Usually me and Chhavi have our own sisterly things and Rahul and Devesh have their football games!! we never really sit together and talk!! But today it was different, it was just us kids at home!! me and Chhavi were supposed to cook!!

we decided why not have a lavish lunch!! so we ordered our food and enjoyed a nice meal together!!! just thinking about it makes me happy at least we can bond over food if nothing else!! i think we should do it more often!! only thing is the money should come from our parents pockets and not ours :P 

The “K”lassic Story!! ;)

Facebook was a word that not much people had heard, orkut was the baap of all social networking sites, and then there were random chat rooms. She randomly entered the yahoo chat room and started to talk to random people, just to pass her time. There she met K, a freak, insane and a wired guy! Yes that was the first impression she had of him, though he was well mannered and knew how to talk to a gal. They talked for hours and the day ended.

With no thought of talking to him again she logged in and to her surprise K was waiting for her. They again talked for much longer time. It was dark when she saw out of her window. They had an instant chemistry. They loved talking and shared it all. Sometimes its so much easier to talk to a complete stranger then to a close friend.

He never knew that there was something like STD codes for making distant calls and not even that every city has a “model town”. He called her “1^st gear pulser”, she called him “chappal chor”. They had the most awesome friendship. Then came a time when he was her biggest support and she was the one who knew all this secrets and also that this guy cries!!

He once sent her a voice message saying that he was just checking out the service rather actually he was very worried about her. He knew that she knows why he sent her the message but never said n even she never said anything. Time passed and he got busy with his work and she got busy with her studies. Months passed they hardly talked but always on each other’s mind!

After a gap of 2 long years she read one of his blogs, a recent blog.  After reading the blog the fire that was dying in her got a blow and she picked up her pen again, actually her laptop again in this case and penned a story. The story was about them. The two strangest friends who met the strangest way and without anything said or done promised each other to stand by no matter the distance or call rates!! :P
